Based in Hampshire, UK, Optimal Action Ltd was established in 2008. Our mission is to help our Clients to become more effective with their customer facing business and to sell more by providing an exceptional customer experience.  We focus on our customers’ business issues, demonstrating understanding, building relationships and ultimately becoming their trusted advisor.

At Optimal Action, we believe that although technology is now a cornerstone of every business, more fundamentally, it is the employees that make the difference between an average business and an excellent one.

Optimal Action work with our customers to identify processes and strategies that are not working efficiently and by facilitating inter and intra departmental communication we help optimise and develop new processes.
